How this estimate works
Per guest: 1.1 plates, 1.5 cups, 3 napkins and 1.1 forks, rounded up. Dessert adds 1.1 plates and 1.1 spoons/forks per guest. Table coverings equal the whole number of tables. Bags use one per 15 guests, rounded up.
